The table is divided into two card piles – Andar and Bahar. The dealer will first draw a single card separate from these piles – this card is called the Joker. They will then draw cards alternatively for the Andar and Bahar piles. The goal of Andar Bahar App is to correctly predict which of these two piles will be the first to draw a card of the same value as the Joker. The dealer will continue drawing more cards until one Andar or Bahar receives a winning card.

Whether you choose to bet on Andar or Bahar mostly doesn’t really matter. By that, we mean that both sides have an equal chance of winning. However, the card pile that receives the first card from the shoe is at a slight advantage. This is determined by the initial Joker card. If the Joker is black (Clubs or Spades), the first card goes to Andar. If it’s red (Diamonds or Hearts), the first card goes to Bahar.
